Steps:
1. The first step is to make sure you do not pass the white line. If you pass the white line it, will be considered a foul and the referee will make you retake the throw in. In addition, make sure both feet are touching the floor. It does not really matter how your feet are positioned; as long as they are touching the floor. Because if you put your feet up or if you jump, they will make you re-do the throw in and if you do the same mistake they give the ball to the opposing team.
The first thing you want to do is grab the ball with both hands and try to reach your back with it. Your arms should be at a 90-degree angle, so that when you swing to toss it in, you get the farthest range.
After you have your arms at the 90-degree angle and you swing it; you must get it over your head and release the ball as soon as you make eye contact with the ball and your arms are completely straight, at a 180 degree angle. Following these steps should improve your technique while throwing the ball.
3. The third step is to make sure it goes to a far distance and/or to a teammate. You have to make sure the ball goes at a far distance because if do a soft throw, the referee will make you retake it. The only way you are able to do a soft and short throw in is if you throw it to your teammate and they receive it. Furthermore, you want to make sure you are passing it to your teammate or else if you just throw it in randomly there is a good chance you will loose possession to your opponents.
Now as long as you follow all these steps you should have a better understanding of how to do a proper throw in, in addition, it should help you improve on your technique as well. So go out there and practice until you master the technique and learn how to do a proper throw in.

Great way to start! Good information, and very organized. I believe you should add at least 2 or less pictures so it will make it stand out even more.
ReplyDeleteHmm. I think that Jesus could have used a little more encouragement to add to this blog. For one thing, Jesus didn't even mention that you can't touch the ball with your arms when on the field. He also didn't mention the fact that you don't get called for fouls if you're in control of the ball. Also, I don't think you need to put the ball into the "back of the net" to score a goal, either.
DeleteToo much knowledge is assumed here for this blog to be useful to many people.
